We went to Schwan's with an interest in an Encore. Heather suggested the Encore Avenir as a better option. We purchased and left with an Enclave as the best option for us. At our age, we don't want future vehicle problems. Greg offered us no pressure, well explained options, and we purchased the full suite of warranties. Peace of mind is important to us. We left with a beautiful vehicle and have no regrets. The entire experience felt like family.

Price was right. Very fair with trade. Salesman Elsie did a good job. Just need a bit better job explaining vehicle options, etc at pickup for example the onstar/supercruise features. Had to ask a lot of questions to get the help but other than than very helpful and answered all our questions.

I spent a lot of time online researching Sierra 2500 HD pickups and dealerships and my son and I decided to stop in at Schwan GMC and talk with their staff I was impressed with them and was impressed with their willingness to answer all our questions we had. BJ Bohn found the truck I wanted and explained the process and kept me informed all the way up to delivery. On the day I took possession of my new AT4 he guided me through the paperwork process where he turned me over to Lisa for warranty and final paperwork I was impressed with both BJ and Lisa’s patience and ease of making this an enjoyable experience. BJ gave me an in depth tour of Schwan Buick GMC showing me where I would need to go for service and anything else I would need for my new truck I am impressed with the staff and services available. Again thanks BJ, Josh , Lisa and all the staff I dealt with for the great experience !

Made car buying easy. Almost enjoyable if it weren't for writing the big check.Ray Heck was more than accommodating and helped me get my military discount. It's the second new car I've purchased from Schwan and I have been very satisfied with both deals.

Oil change , they always do a good job. The only thing I noticed was when they did my vehicle inspection they stated my tires were at 11/32. I’m getting new tires today because I have 50k miles on the truck and the Goodyear MT tires are probably more like 4/32. That type of mix up definitely makes me concerned how well they are looking at everything else when I am in there.

The shop manager who checked my car in was very courteous and helpful. When completed, he visited with me about the procedure. I was early for the appointment, and they started on the repair right away. I was very impressed with the customer service. PS. Another gentleman came and made sure I did not need a shuttle car.

I was at the quick Lube for Oil and Filter Change , Tire Rotation, and wash job. The staff there was Great. But the lady at the Cashiers desk was OUT STANDING. Her name was Nicole Peterson on her desk said she was the Title Clerk she needs special recognition for a job will done. She went over and above helping me with my GMC App using the points to help pay for the services. You should give her a raise in pay and or a promotion. This girl made sure I was a satisfied customer

We were able to have our vehicle checked for a problem within a short time of calling the service department. We live 30 miles from the dealership & we were in town for appointments that day. The problem was found & we made arrangements to have it repaired within the week. We conveniently used the after hours vehicle drop off service. My husband did not have to miss work in order to drop off the vehicle or pick it up after it was repaired. The whole experience was very positive for us. Thanks everyone!
